Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead project management for engineering design projects at our Bristol site. You will apply a range of project management techniques to a broad portfolio, from kickoff to delivery. You’ll monitor costs, protect margins, and ensure documentation and reporting are in order. You will engage directly with customers and manage risks to drive successful project outcomes. This is a chance to shape packaging solutions for global customers in a collaborative, process‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, milestones, and execute the project plan for successful delivery from kick-off to delivery
• Monitor costs and maintain margin
• Follow internal processes and provide reporting
• Engage directly with the customer
• Perform project risk management and reporting
• Project budgeting and control of development expenses
• Maintain all internal and external documentation

Key requirements

• Formal Project Management Qualification (APM, Prince2, PMI)
• Minimum 5 years practical Project Management experience within an engineering design and manufacture environment
• A formal engineering qualification HNC/HND required as a minimum
• MS Office package – particularly Excel & Projects
• Valid driving license
• Effective negotiation skills
