Precast Setup Technicians required to join our clients growing Production team. The successful candidates will assist in the manufacture of precast concrete products, including preparing moulds, pouring concrete and ensuring production targets and daily schedules are met.
Candidates will be expected to work efficiently as part of a team, maintain high standards of workmanship and follow all company health and safety procedures.
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Hours: 3248 hours per week, depending on business requirements. Standard shifts will be Monday to Friday, either 6am3pm, 7am4pm or 8am5pm.
Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half. Flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays when required is essential.
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
What We Need From You
- NVQ Level 3 in Construction or a related discipline, and/or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in reading drawings and precast setup work.
- Previous experience within construction, civil engineering, or a similar environment.
