Local Service Manager: Flexible Disability Care Leader

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Local Service Manager for our disability service at Silverbirch View, Sutton Park, Shrewsbury. You will lead the day-to-day delivery, support a compassionate team and build strong stakeholder relationships.

We require an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, plus strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. The role offers 37.5 hours per week and a competitive salary in a supportive, inclusive culture.
