Children’s Home Manager – Lead 4-Bed Residential (Somerset)

Headway Adolescent Resources is opening a brand new service in Chedzoy, Somerset, seeking an experienced Registered Manager. You will oversee a 4-bed residential home and lead a team of nine staff to deliver high-quality care for each young person.

You must have a social work qualification (QCF Level 5/3 as cited) and substantial experience in children’s residential settings, plus driving mobility and on-call duties.
