Job Description:
County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Sister to join the Derwentside East Community Nursing Team. The post covers Derwentside locality with duties from an office base in Stanley, on a 8am–9pm seven days roster.
You will manage complex clinical care and supervise staff while delivering nursing care at patients’ homes and in residential settings. Applicants must hold NMC 1st level Registration (Adult) and may receive role-specific training.
