HR Operations Manager: Employee Relations & Compliance

Ashley Kate HR Limited is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join the HR team in Manchester. You will lead employee relations casework, provide pragmatic HR advice, and ensure HR processes and policies are delivered consistently and effectively.

This hands-on role partners with senior leaders, coaching managers through HR processes, monitoring compliance, and producing HR data to identify trends and risks.
