SANDBOX in Nottingham is seeking an Operations Manager – Bidding. This full-time, hybrid role coordinates SANDBOX’s bid portfolio, linking tenders, clients and internal studio to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions. You’ll scan markets, manage bid governance, and allocate bid resources across UK client work.

You’ll lead workshops, chair reviews, and monitor budgets, quotes and invoices. The role emphasises relationship building and process improvement, including AI-enabled tooling.
