The Bridge Inn in Linlithgow, part of Buzzworks Holdings, is seeking a Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen and lead a talented team. You will deliver consistently brilliant food, bring energy and personality to the role and take pride in every plate leaving the pass.

You will be hands-on during busy services, manage GP, stock and labour, recruit and develop staff, plan for events and work closely with the General Manager to elevate the guest experience.
