Remote Senior Skills Coach – Early Years Education & IAG

Eden Training Solutions, part of the Supporting Education Group, is seeking an experienced facilitator to plan and deliver remote group teaching for early years learners, while maintaining KPI targets and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.

You will record OTJ hours, support Functional Skills progression, and liaise with employers and learners. The role requires strong Ofsted readiness. Hybrid working with on-site center attendance is expected.
