HR Operations & Payroll Partner (Fixed-Term)

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Limited is seeking an HR Operations Partner on a fixed-term contract until December 2027 to join our small, supportive HR team in the UK. The role combines payroll administration with hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle for ~90 employees.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for staff and managers, ensuring payroll and HR processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
