Hybrid UK Customer Care Agent | 6-Month Contract

HBK is seeking a Customer Care Agent for a 6-month fixed-term contract at the Royston site in the UK. The successful candidate will operate under the Customer Care Manager for LDS business, working in a hybrid model with onsite training in the initial months.

You will handle UK customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-ups while collaborating with global teams and factories. Fluency in English is required; German and/or French are advantageous.
