Customer Support & Sales Advisor (12-Month Secondment)

Brakes is recruiting a Customer Support Advisor on a 12-month secondment in Ewloe. The role covers inbound/outbound customer contacts, order placement, and issue resolution.

You will promote Brakes services, liaise with Field Sales, and maintain strong customer relationships in a busy contact centre. You will work 37.5 hours per week, 5/7 days with weekend rota, and enjoy a competitive salary plus a monthly bonus, in a role that supports customer-first outcomes across the national delivery
