Family Support & Outreach Officer (SEND)

Riverside Bridge School in Barking, London, is seeking a compassionate Family Liaison and Support Officer. The role combines direct family support, home visits, outreach and coordination of interventions to improve pupil wellbeing and participation.

You will work under the Deputy Headteacher, contributing to universal, targeted and specialist pathways, and help ensure consistent strategies between home and school.
