Job Description:
Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant based at Eastleigh branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will listen to customers, explain options, handle calls in our contact centre, and build relationships while supporting a simple banking experience.
You’ll join a close-knit team and enjoy a starting salary of £25,158 plus a £500 benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.
