Compliance & Financial Crime Associate – Hybrid (London)

LHH is recruiting for a Compliance Assistant in the City of London, a leading Insurance Firm. The role offers a hybrid pattern with 3 days onsite and 2 days at home, supporting the Compliance team across regulatory compliance, financial crime, complaints handling and governance.

Ideal candidates have about 2 years in Compliance, Risk or Financial Crime within Insurance, with AML/KYC/Sanctions know‑how and a good grasp of FCA requirements. Lloyd’s Market exposure is a plus.
