Outpatient Reception Apprentice – Patient Care & Admin

NHS Jobs is seeking a Community Diagnostic Centre Reception Apprentice to provide first point of contact for patients and carers arriving for outpatient appointments. You will support the full reception service, update patient information, capture timings and arrange future appointments, while maintaining professional and empathetic patient care.

You will also handle telephone enquiries, coordinate with consultants and staff, prioritise tasks, and contribute to a collaborative outpatient team
