Park Recruit are working with a successful and growing business in the Clogher area who are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, increasing brand awareness and developing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships.
Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Manage digital marketing, including social media, website and online campaigns.
Oversee traditional marketing, including print advertising, PR and promotional materials.
Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
Monitor marketing performance and work closely with senior management on business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing.
Strong background in both traditional and digital marketing.
Experience in event planning and management.
Commercially minded with strong business development skills.
Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building abilities.
Creative, proactive and confident working independently.
