About the company and role
An excellent opportunity to join a leading charity as Group Financial Reporting Manager. You’ll lead Group financial reporting, consolidation and statutory accounts across UK and ROI operations, ensuring strong financial controls, technical accounting compliance and accurate financial information. Working closely with the Director of Finance and senior leadership team, you’ll oversee audit processes, strengthen reporting and governance, and drive improvements across financial systems and processes. The role also offers the opportunity to lead and develop a financial reporting team while contributing to wider organisational strategy.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Excellent financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience
