Restaurant General Manager – High-Volume Kitchen Lead

Five Guys is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store in the UK. You’ll be hands-on on the line and in dining, developing the team to deliver perfect burgers and fries while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong long-term planning.

You’ll own the P&L, drive top-line sales, manage budgets and labour costs to maximise gross profit, and uphold 5-star hygiene and food safety standards across the business. A 30% bonus scheme is paid quarterly, with additional rewards and perks.
