We are recruiting Production Line Operatives to provide occasional, ad hoc cover for a busy automotive manufacturing business in Leamington Spa.
Please note: This is NOT a full-time or regular position. Shifts will only be offered occasionally, sometimes just for a single day at a time, to cover staff sickness, holidays and other short-term absences. There are no guaranteed hours or regular shifts.
This opportunity would suit someone who has flexibility and is happy to pick up additional shifts when cover is required.
The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Assembling and handling automotive components
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
- Working on a fast-paced production line
Shift Patterns & PayRotating Day Shifts – £13.55 per hour
- 06:00–14:00
- 14:00–22:00
Night Shifts – £14.74 per hour
- Sunday: 23:00–06:00
- Monday–Thursday: 22:00–06:00
What We’re Looking For
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
- Availability to accept occasional shifts at short notice
