Accountant (Practice)

We are currently working with a local Accountancy Practice who are actively looking to recruit for a Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will join a busy accountancy practice who pushes career development, a diverse range of clients and offer study support.

The Role

• Produce management accounts and financial analysis for clients
• Prepare statutory financial statements for businesses
• Completion of clients VAT and tax returns
• Manage client relations throughout the planning, preparation and completion of statutory returns
• Train and mentor junior members of staff
• Other relevant ad hoc duties

Essential Criteria

• A fully qualified chartered accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Previous experience working within practice
• Candidates qualified via experience may be considered providing they have relevant practice experience
• Minimum of 2 (+) years experience working in accounts
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
• A positive can-do attitude towards work
