Audit Manager
An exciting and progressive opportunity has arisen for an analytically minded, Qualified Accountant to join a successful practice as an Audit Manager. As Audit Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the work of more junior members of staff to ensure audits and accounts are completed in a timely and efficient manner, you will also be building strong relationships with expansive and progressive client base.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of audit and accounts function seeking to add value to our clients business
- Ability to meet internal and external filing deadlines
- Ability to show initiative and innovation in client service
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- To develop existing systems and lead the implementation of new technologies within the audit and accounts function
- Management and development of team of staff
Criteria:
- A fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience of management of portfolio of audit and accounts clients
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Experience of working with clients to include public, private and charitable sectors
