A successful and growing FMCG company have an opportunity for aGraduate Master Data & Business Systems Analyst to join their team
Office based 2 days per week and WFH 3 days
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone currently studying towards a relevant degree to develop their career in data management and business systems.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day management of Group Master Data, while supporting the delivery, development and continuous improvement of business systems across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain and manage accurate master data across Group business systems.
- Investigate, analyse and resolve master data issues, acting as a key point of contact for the business.
- Support the development and implementation of processes and solutions to improve data quality, accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with departments across the business to understand requirements and develop effective system solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support for business systems, including assisting with implementations and upgrades.
- Develop user guides, documentation and training materials to support business processes.
About You
- Educated to degree level, or currently studying towards a relevant qualification in Business, IT, Agri-Food or Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A logical and methodical approach to work.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience within an FMCG environment.
- Exposure to ERP systems or master data management.
- Experience in customer service or application/system support.
