Senior Service Manager – New Supported Living Site

Dolphin Homes Limited is launching a brand-new Supported Living service in Littlehampton and seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead from day one. You will recruit and develop a team of Support Workers, embed a positive, values-led culture and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for residents living in their own flats.
