Senior Night Community Nurse – Home Health Care

Procare Health Ltd in Godalming is seeking an experienced Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to join our Night Nursing Service. You will provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes during out-of-hours, across Guildford and Waverley, with 22 hours per week over two night shifts.

You will undertake autonomous clinical assessments, deliver evidence-based nursing interventions, triage referrals, and prioritise patient needs while coordinating with GPs, hospices and other services.
