Senior HR Manager: Payroll, Compliance & People Growth

Polymer Systems (UK), part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR policy, payroll, pensions and employee relations in Derbyshire. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will partner with senior managers to implement HR processes, ensure legal compliance and drive people initiatives.

You will manage Workday and Equator data, oversee monthly payroll, RTI submissions, benefits administration and health and safety compliance.
