People Desk Lead – HR Operations (Hybrid, London)

Oasis Community Learning is seeking an experienced HR/People Operations Team Lead to head up the People Desk and provide first line HR advice to staff across our academies. You will coach a small team and drive improvements in service delivery.

The role is hybrid with three days per week at the London HQ (Waterloo). A strong HR generalist background in charities/education is highly desirable, with a focus on coaching, coaching and systems enhancement.
