2K Polymer Systems (UK), part of Marmon Holdings, Inc. (Berkshire Hathaway backed), is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR policies, payroll and benefits, GDPR, and HR systems across the UK operation.

You will coach managers, lead recruitment, and ensure compliance with employment law in a growing manufacturing environment. The role requires CIPD qualifications or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to partner with Directors and the Senior Leadership team.
