Care Home Maintenance & Compliance Leader

Balhousie Care Group is seeking a Maintenance and Compliance Manager to lead the regional maintenance team and support home-based staff across our care homes in Scotland. You will oversee refurbishment and routine maintenance to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while minimising disruption to residents and staff.
