Online Shopping Operations Leader – Early Shifts

Sainsbury’s Group is seeking an Online Manager to plan and orchestrate the delivery of an in-store online picking and delivery team. You will be a visible leader, coaching shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless and safe shopping experience for online and in-store customers.

This role requires strong people leadership, performance management, and scheduling skills. The team operates early mornings (04:00–08:00).
