Maintenance Manager – Lead Club Upkeep & Operations

The Club Company in Exeter is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our club’s property and facilities, supervise a small team of Maintenance Assistants, and coordinate site repairs to keep everything in optimal condition.

You’ll manage lighting, heating, plumbing and electrical systems, maintain records, handle emergencies, and ensure health and safety standards while also taking on Duty Manager shifts to support daily operations.
