Las Iguanas in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a high‑volume kitchen and deliver consistently exceptional dishes. You’ll train, coach and develop the kitchen team, while maintaining top standards of quality, safety and cleanliness.

You’ll balance creativity with control, oversee costs and labour, and work closely with the General Manager to drive the restaurant’s success. If you lead from the front with energy and passion, this role is for you.
