Roaming Head Chef — Lead Regional Kitchens (South-West)

Loungers’ Cosy Club is seeking a Roaming Head Chef to oversee kitchen teams across the South-West, covering Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Plymouth, Swansea and Taunton. You’ll step in for site holidays and ensure smooth daily operations, delivering the Cosy Club standard.

You’ll lead by example, motivate teams, and champion scratch cooking with a focus on consistency and quality. This roaming role offers variety, development opportunities and exposure to multiple sites within our growing brand.
