Eastlight Community Homes is seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Lead to join our Neighbourhoods Team on a full-time, permanent basis in Braintree. You will lead housing, tenancy and estate management services within a designated neighbourhood and manage a team of Neighbourhood Leads.
You will oversee lettings, tenancy management, rent arrears, safeguarding and anti-social behaviour, while supporting residents with welfare needs and promoting independence.
