Las Iguanas is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a fast-paced kitchen, inspiring the team and delivering consistently high-quality dishes. You’ll own the kitchen, drive standards in safety and cleanliness, and foster a positive, energetic culture that motivates staff.

You’ll balance creativity with control, manage costs and stock, and work closely with the General Manager to push the restaurant’s success and guest satisfaction.
