Las Iguanas Bolton is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a fast‑paced kitchen and set the standard for quality, safety and consistency. You will inspire, train and develop the kitchen team while ensuring busy service runs smoothly with energy and leadership.

You’ll balance creativity with control, managing costs, labour and stock, and work closely with the General Manager to drive the restaurant’s success and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
