Village Hotels in Maidstone is seeking a Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to own the kitchen, develop menus and drive commercial results while keeping quality at the heart of every plate. You will recruit, mentor and inspire your brigade to deliver outstanding food and service.

You’ll lead a busy, high-volume operation, champion food safety, cost control and supplier relationships, and work with the leadership team to create memorable experiences for guests across our all-day dining venues.
