Tech Support Officer – Civil Parking Enforcement (Hybrid)

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Technical Support Officer to support the Civil Enforcement Team. The role processes PCNs from issue through to closure, including appeals, and manages resident permit applications.

Strong customer service and computer proficiency are essential as work includes handling unhappy customers and parking-related inquiries. The position is full-time (37 hours/week), based at County Hall with hybrid home working.
