HRIS & Shared Services Advisor | Data-Driven HR

Klöckner Pentaplast Group is seeking an HR Advisor to support UK HR operations from Featherstone. You will own the HRIS, ensure GDPR‑compliant records, and run the HR Shared Services desk.

You will assist with payroll data, employee relations, and continuous improvement projects across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with UK HR leadership and partners, you will develop expert knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes, with a clear path toward senior HR roles.
