HR Operations Specialist – Hybrid & Career Growth

Office Angels Limited in Westerham is seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join the People Operations team on a hybrid basis. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, handling queries, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll queries and HR policy guidance.

You will manage HR administration, maintain records, assist with onboarding, right-to-work checks, contracts and amendments, plus payroll changes and HR reporting.
