Hybrid IT Service Desk Engineer – London, Grow with LegalTech

LEAP Legal Software in London (Battersea) is hiring a Junior IT Service Desk Engineer to join our hybrid, full-time team. You will handle first-line IT support, onboard/offboard staff, and maintain hardware across offices, with exposure to Azure AD, AD, and cross-platform IT tasks.

You’ll work across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, support cloud apps, and travel to multiple UK locations as needed. A driving licence and a proactive, customer-focused mindset are valued.
