Railway Passenger Host: Customer Service & Safety

Govia Thameslink Railway Ltd. is seeking a Passenger Host to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain safety and security on our network. You will check tickets, inform customers, and collaborate with security officers to protect revenue while supporting a positive travel experience.

You’ll work in shifts, including weekends, and must live locally with access to transport for early/late shifts. We offer training, progression, and a range of travel benefits as part of your role.
