Policy Expert in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Advisor to join a cross-skilled team. You’ll support customers from first enquiry and getting a quote through to purchasing a policy and managing ongoing needs. Hybrid work available after probation.

The role blends sales and service, building a broad skill set across phone, live chat, email and other channels. You’ll identify opportunities to offer relevant products while delivering high standards of customer experience.
