Police Contact & Victim Support Officer

Thames Valley Police is recruiting a Police Contact Enquiry Officer to be the first point of contact for members of the public visiting the police station. You will handle victims and offenders, record details in police IT systems, and provide high quality customer service in line with current policy and procedures.

The role requires calm, assertive judgment in challenging situations and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
