Finance AnalystLocation: Enniskillen
We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to support the delivery of financial reporting, analysis and business insights across our Chilled Meals operation.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial results, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Deliver detailed Cost of Sales reporting and variance analysis against budget and forecast
- Produce and review yield, product price variance and labour performance reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end processes
- Reconcile financial reports to the General Ledger and investigate discrepancies
- Provide meaningful insights to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Support site projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with company standards
What You’ll Bring
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in finance or management accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems (desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or operational finance environments (desirable)
