Who were looking for
As our Fire Safety Action Lead, you’ll lead the operational delivery of fire safety remediation programmes, ensuring actions arising from inspections, assessments and investigations are effectively managed, monitored and completed, supporting the Fire Safety Manager in managing fire safety risk and compliance.
Working closely with contractors, consultants and internal teams, you’ll coordinate inspections, track compliance actions, validate evidence and completion records, and provide assurance that work has been completed to the required standard. Youll support audits, inspections, regulatory reviews and assurance activities, ensuring accurate information is provided and any resulting actions are tracked through to completion.
You will have experience of interpreting technical reports, managing compliance actions and remediation programmes, and overseeing contractor-led works within social housing, property compliance or a similar regulated environment. You will also be confident managing contractors, monitoring performance and ensuring actions are completed effectively. You’ll also have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer safety and regulatory compliance.
