Head of Data Protection – UK Broking & Reinsurance

Howden UK is seeking a Head of Data Protection to lead the data protection function for UK Broking and UK Reinsurance. The role develops and embeds a robust control framework aligned with GDPR, UK DPA 2018 and PECR, across regional entities.

You will drive risk assessments, DPIAs, ROPA, training, and regulatory reporting, coordinating with senior leadership and information security to ensure compliance and by-design practices.
