Strategic Divisional Director, Procurement & Supply Chain

Randstad CPE seeks a Divisional Director for Procurement & Supply Chain to own strategic leadership of a £600m+ annual external spend across Tier 1 construction and infrastructure. You will chair divisional SLTs, align with the Group DAM, and drive P&L performance through a high-calibre procurement function.

The role requires deep NEC3/NEC4 contract expertise, executive leadership experience, and a track record delivering sustainable procurement across complex programs.
