Senior Project Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package

I’m working with an established main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex cut-and-carve refurbishment project in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in structural alterations, heavy refurbishment and technically challenging projects.

The Role:

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of a major cut-and-carve refurbishment project.
• Oversee complex structural alterations, temporary works and construction sequencing.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist packages.
• Work closely with the commercial, design and engineering teams.
• Ensure programme, quality, health & safety and budget targets are achieved.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and wider project team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a reputable main contractor.
• Previous cut-and-carve refurbishment experience is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural alterations, temporary works and complex refurbishment.
• Experience delivering projects in constrained Central London environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication and programme management skills.
• SMSTS and relevant construction qualifications.
