An opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, mixed-use asset in London’s West End.
We are representing a privately owned real estate business seeking a commercially minded Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio spanning retail, offices, hospitality, leisure and residential.
You’ll have significant autonomy and responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the estate, covering leasing, tenant relationships, CapEx, service charges, external property managers and wider asset management initiatives.
Importantly, you’ll also gain exposure to the financial and investment side of the business, working directly with an experienced MD who can help broaden your commercial and financial skill set.
Who are we looking for?
- RICS qualified asset manager with 5+ years of PQE in the UK property market
- Someone with a strong technical grounding in property asset management, ideally with experience of Central London estates, mixed-use developments, shopping centres or operational real estate.
- You could currently be working within a leading property consultancy and looking to make the move client-side, or already be working for a property company, REIT or investment business.
- The key attributes are commercial judgement, a hands-on approach and the confidence to operate independently within a lean, entrepreneurial structure.
